“In the presence of Bhishma, Drona, and all the other chieftains, Lord Krishna said, 'Just behold, O Partha, all the Kurus assembled here.'”

भीष्मद्रोणप्रमुखतः सर्वेषां च महीक्षिताम् | उवाच पार्थ पश्यैतान्समवेतान्कुरूनिति ||
Transliteration
bhīṣma-droṇa-pramukhataḥ sarveṣāṁ ca mahī-kṣitām uvāca pārtha paśyaitān samavetān kurūn iti
Commentary
Krishna positions the chariot where Arjuna can clearly see Bhishma and Drona - his grandfather and teacher. His words 'behold the Kurus' pointedly include Arjuna's own family.
