“Know Me also as the Knower of all fields, O Bharata. Knowledge of the field and its knower—that I consider to be true knowledge.”
Sanskrit
क्षेत्रज्ञं चापि मां विद्धि सर्वक्षेत्रेषु भारत | क्षेत्रक्षेत्रज्ञयोर्ज्ञानं यत्तज्ज्ञानं मतं मम ||
Transliteration
kṣetra-jñaṁ cāpi māṁ viddhi sarva-kṣetreṣu bhārata kṣetra-kṣetrajñayor jñānaṁ yat taj jñānaṁ mataṁ mama
Commentary
Krishna reveals He is the supreme Knower present in all fields of experience. True knowledge is understanding both the field (matter) and its knower (consciousness), ultimately recognizing the divine presence in both.
