“The great Brahman (nature) is My womb; in that I place the seed. From that, O Bharata, comes the birth of all beings.”

मम योनिर्महद्ब्रह्म तस्मिन्गर्भं दधाम्यहम् | सम्भवः सर्वभूतानां ततो भवति भारत ||
Transliteration
mama yonir mahad brahma tasmin garbhaṁ dadhāmy aham sambhavaḥ sarva-bhūtānāṁ tato bhavati bhārata
Commentary
Krishna describes cosmic creation: prakṛti (material nature) is the womb, and He implants the seed of consciousness. From this union of spirit and matter, all life emerges.
