“Having attained Me, the great souls do not take birth again in this temporary world of misery, having achieved the highest perfection.”
Sanskrit
मामुपेत्य पुनर्जन्म दुःखालयमशाश्वतम् | नाप्नुवन्ति महात्मानः संसिद्धिं परमां गताः ||
Transliteration
mām upetya punar janma duḥkhālayam aśāśvatam nāpnuvanti mahātmānaḥ saṁsiddhiṁ paramāṁ gatāḥ
Commentary
Those who reach Krishna are liberated from the cycle of rebirth in this world of suffering. The supreme perfection is freedom from repeated birth and death.
