“One who meditates on the Supreme Person with the mind engaged in constant practice, not deviating to anything else, O Partha, reaches that divine Supreme Person.”
Sanskrit
अभ्यासयोगयुक्तेन चेतसा नान्यगामिना | परमं पुरुषं दिव्यं याति पार्थानुचिन्तयन् ||
Transliteration
abhyāsa-yoga-yuktena cetasā nānya-gāminā paramaṁ puruṣaṁ divyaṁ yāti pārthānucintayan
Commentary
Consistent practice is key. The mind trained through regular meditation remains focused on God without distraction. Such steady contemplation leads to the Supreme Divine Person.
