“One whose intellect is unattached everywhere, who has conquered the self and is free from desire, attains through renunciation the supreme perfection of actionlessness.”

असक्तबुद्धिः सर्वत्र जितात्मा विगतस्पृहः | नैष्कर्म्यसिद्धिं परमां सन्न्यासेनाधिगच्छति ||
Transliteration
asakta-buddhiḥ sarvatra jitātmā vigata-spṛhaḥ naiṣkarmya-siddhiṁ paramāṁ sannyāsenādhigacchati
Commentary
With unattached mind, self-mastery, and freedom from craving, one achieves the highest state through inner renunciation—freedom from karmic bondage while still acting.
