“Only the ignorant speak of knowledge and karma yoga as different. The learned say that by applying oneself well to either, one attains the fruit of both.”
Sanskrit
साङ्ख्ययोगौ पृथग्बालाः प्रवदन्ति न पण्डिताः | एकमप्यास्थितः सम्यगुभयोर्विन्दते फलम् ||
Transliteration
sāṅkhya-yogau pṛthag bālāḥ pravadanti na paṇḍitāḥ ekam apy āsthitaḥ samyag ubhayor vindate phalam
Commentary
Knowledge and action are not separate paths but complementary aspects of spiritual growth. The wise understand that properly practiced, either leads to the same goal.
