6:4

When a person is attached neither to sense objects nor to actions, and has renounced all purposes, they are said to have attained yoga.

Sanskrit

यदा हि नेन्द्रियार्थेषु न कर्मस्वनुषज्जते | सर्वसङ्कल्पसंन्यासी योगारूढस्तदोच्यते ||

Transliteration

yadā hi nendriyārtheṣu na karmasv anuṣajjate sarva-saṅkalpa-sannyāsī yogārūḍhas tadocyate

Commentary

Full establishment in yoga means freedom from attraction to sense objects and attachment to actions. All personal agendas have been surrendered.
