“How much more then the pious brahmanas and devoted royal sages! Having come to this temporary, joyless world, worship Me.”
Sanskrit
किं पुनर्ब्राह्मणाः पुण्या भक्ता राजर्षयस्तथा | अनित्यमसुखं लोकमिमं प्राप्य भजस्व माम् ||
Transliteration
kiṁ punar brāhmaṇāḥ puṇyā bhaktā rājarṣayas tathā anityam asukhaṁ lokam imaṁ prāpya bhajasva mām
Commentary
If even the lowly attain perfection through devotion, how much more the virtuous! This world is temporary and full of suffering. The wise response is to devote oneself to Krishna.
