15:6
“Neither the sun illumines that, nor the moon, nor fire. Having reached that, they do not return—that is My supreme abode.”
Sanskrit
न तद्भासयते सूर्यो न शशाङ्को न पावकः | यद्गत्वा न निवर्तन्ते तद्धाम परमं मम ||
Transliteration
na tad bhāsayate sūryo na śaśāṅko na pāvakaḥ yad gatvā na nivartante tad dhāma paramaṁ mama
Commentary
The supreme abode is self-luminous—it doesn't require external light. Sun, moon, and fire cannot illuminate it. Those who reach it never return to material existence.
